Located in our Dashboard (Command Central), the Message Centre
is where most of your communication with homeowners will take place.
You may ask a question, book an appointment, or make an offer online.
We designed the message centre to be user friendly and to work similar
to email with your own personal inbox and outbox. Keeping track of who
you communicate with is that much simpler.

Set up your email alerts with our eNotification system. Want to know when a home in a specific area within a certain price range becomes available? This feature will alert you (by emailing you directly) when new properties are available within your search criteria. With the option to edit, add, remove alerts, we put you in control.

Find a home that interests you? No problem. Simply add the home to your “favourites” and continue with your search. You will not only be able to view your “favourites” at a later time, but you also have the option to compare. How great is that?

Using the Message Centre, you will be to make offers online. Our “Make an Offer” form is simply a way for you and the seller to exchange information about your desire to purchase their home. Once the seller receives your offer, they will either accept, decline, or counter your offer. Just remember, once you have submitted your offer, verbal communication is best.
