With a vast amount of un-used industrial land in the city, there is a fantastic opportunity for growth and expansion of various businesses, which will open up more job opportunities for people in the area. It is also a great place to live if you choose to work in the airport, or in any parts of downtown Toronto as you can commute easily via the 427 Highway or TTC.
